I am Dr. Leonette B. Lewis, the founder of Living on Purpose Ministry. I am a servant of the Highest God. I attended and graduated from the College of Biblical Studies, Houston, Texas, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies with a minor in Biblical Counseling, Dallas Theological Seminary, Houston, Texas, earning a Master of Arts in Christian Education with an emphasis in Administration and Dallas Theological Seminary, Dallas, Texas, earning a Doctor of Education with an emphasis in Women in Ministry. I could not have achieved any of this education without Him.

At Living on Purpose Ministry, we believe in God the Father, the Godhead, Jesus, His only begotten Son, and the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God. These are the three persons of the Trinity. God's Son, Jesus, gave His life as a ransom for every person, thereby becoming the Savior to those who believe in Him. He was born of Mary, a virgin, suffered at the hands of Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried. On day three, Jesus arose from the grave and appeared before many as proof. He later ascended into heaven. He now sits at the right hand of God, the Father, making intercessions for us daily, with plans to return to earth again, one day.  Now, the Holy Spirit is here, indwelling all believers. He is the Power that every believer possesses. He enables believers to do the will of the Father. He gives believers the ability and knowledge of how to live on purpose.

Living On Purpose is a ministry that focuses on encouraging and strengthening women to live on purpose. What do we mean to live on purpose? Living on purpose is when one intentionally lives to discover their person and God, His plan for their lives, and fulfilling it.

We believe that our purposes are our passions, and our passions are for our purposes. We let our purposes and passions drive us into doing what our Father has purposed, appointed, and anointed us to do. We know that we are created with purposes for God's plan. We are assured through the Word of God that we are on a mission while on the earth. And when we have fulfilled our purposes in this land, He will take us home, and raise other believers He has prepared for the mission. While it is the day, breath in our lungs, strength in our limbs, and possess strong minds, let us be encouraged to live on purpose.

It is written in Mark 1:37-38, right after Jesus had spent time in solitude with His Father, that the disciples found Him. When they found Him, they said to Him, "Everyone is looking for You." But He said to them, "Let us go into the next towns, that I may preach there also, because for this purpose I have come forth."

Jesus had His Father's purposes in view. He knew He was here to fulfill His Father's will. Jesus served with this in mind unto completion. He lived on purpose. Let us be of the same mindset and will, remembering that it is because of God's plan that we have been given purposes and passions for these purposes for serving in this land for His glory.   So let us begin to live on purpose.
